5th gr knit round

I loved knitting these. I have done many socks in my day and I wanted to try a different approach, especially since this seemed like a great way to help people who balk at the idea of knitting socks get started. They were fast and fun to customize (though I ran out of black towards the end of my 2nd toe).

Personal Use Note: Though I do not plan on teaching this in class, after I took these photos, I single crocheted around the openings as they were loose on me (my gauge is suuuuuper loose) and I was afraid of them not staying on. This keeps them on comfortably.
