Online International Handwork Teacher Development Program​

Join us for our house and step inside our teacher development program to experience it for yourself! Full day recording will be available.
Our 2 year program meets online one weekend per month, Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00am to 2:00pm Pacific Time. Live attendance is required. This program is open to students around the world, in all timezones, in all learning environments.
Be sure to check your timezone as live attendance is essential.
In our 2 years together we will be deeply exploring the foundations of teaching handwork. We will work our way through grades 1-8 over 4 semesters. Each month you will receive a selection of reading materials, patterns, project instructions, resources, and assignments to complete in your own time before we meet the following month. All assignments will be turned in using our online learning platform.

Fill out the application form and submit along with $75 USD non-refundable application fee.

This begins your application process.

Send a photo of your most recent work in each of the following skills:
-
knitting
-
crochet
-
embroidery
-
hand sewing
-
machine sewing
Photos must be sent by email before your enrollment interview date to info@waldorfhandwork.org

You will schedule an individual application interview on Zoom. Here we will get to know each other, answer any questions, and mutually determine if this program is a good fit for you.
To be considered for tuition assistance, submit your application within 2 weeks after your interview. Tuition assistance decisions will be made promptly and applicants will be notified.

If it is mutually decided that this program is a good fit, you will receive an acceptance letter and enrollment contract with payment plan information.

Reading materials and project instructions will be sent out about a month before our weekend.
Your first tuition payment will be due September 1st, and then either yearly, monthly, or every 4 months, depending on your chosen payment plan.
